Ronnie Moore Ltd. was established in 1978 as an office equipment, furniture and stationery supplier. Since then the Company has become the largest, independent and fully Irish-owned company within its industry in Munster, providing a total service solution for its Clients.

There are five divisions within the Company; stationery, furniture, equipment, service and retail. Each area has the people with expertise and product knowledge in order to give clients the best solution possible.

One of the Companies' major strengths is being able to combine a few or all divisions together, depending on the clients' preference, to provide a total single source solution that meets and exceeds the needs of Customers. The cost to business of using several suppliers is far greater than the cost of using a single source supplier. Staff are always on hand to offer advice to customers when making purchases. By working closely with manufacturers, technical expertise and product knowledge can be made readily available. Ronnie Moore offers customers a personal service and the Companies' policy of building a one-to-one relationship allows staff to clearly understand and therefore respond more accurately to meet Customers' individual needs.

Staff: Ronnie Moore has 34 staff who receive regular customer service training and are always available to provide the Customer with advice and assistance when needed. Office Machinery: Ronnie Moore Ltd. was the first Company to introduce Ricoh into Ireland in conjunction with the formation of Ricoh UK in 1981 and continues, to this day, selling and servicing the Ricoh range of office equipment all over Munster.
Ronnie Moore also supplies leading brands in shredders, binders, laminators, overhead projectors, and multimedia and dictation equipment.

Ricoh are one of the largest IT companies in the world, and its reputation as the total printing solutions provider is becoming well-established. Ricoh is one of the worlds leading innovators of office equipment technology with a research and development programme that brought us the first digital copier. Its product range now spans digital connectable colour and black and white copiers, black and white laser printers, facsimile machines, AO plan printers, scanners, colour and multifunctional devices, network utility software, document management service. There is also a facility that provides Customers with CAD drawings in both 2D and 313 and a computer-generated virtual office showing what your office will look like when finished.

Service Department: Ronnie Moore Ltd has a very effective and well-trained service department, which is headed up by a Service Manager and Call Controller. All the Engineers are fully trained by the various machine manufacturers, which means the best service possible is offered to Customers. The Engineers are also network trained and will be able to connect on to your network in an efficient and professional manner.

All requests for assistance are logged on a dedicated computer system and then dispatched to the various Engineers for attention. The Engineers carry a large stock of parts etc in the vans and are usually able to fix 99 per cent of faults on first visit thus ensuring less down time on your machine.

Stationery: Ronnie Moore Ltd is one of the largest stationery suppliers in Munster. The Company carries up to 4000 core products in its warehouse on Vicars Road, Cork with a further 18,000 items available next day from our suppliers.
Delivering the Promise:

Ronnie Moore Ltd operates the largest own vehicle delivery fleet in Cork and commits to 'next day delivery' for all '4,000' Multipack products. Deliveries are made by the company vehicles operating from its logistics centre on Vicars road. The fleet leaves the distribution center at 8.30am and follows dedicated routes from Cork to the entire Munster region. An overnight service to Dublin and Leinster is offered with next day as standard using the companies' own vehicles. In addition, the Company operates overnight services to all regional centres using carriers.
